E-Wallet Payments (CommercePay)

Refunds will be processed automatically via CommercePay for the following methods:

Credit Card & Online Banking (FPX)

For payments made via Credit Card or Online Banking, the refund cannot be auto-reversed to the card/account in some cases.

Shipping Costs

We do not provide shipping fees (neither reimbursement of original shipping nor provision of return shipping labels) as a standard practice.

Any exception to provide shipping fees is made strictly based on the specific situation and is generally contingent on the item being returned in a complete and unopened condition (unless clearly defective/DOA).

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage Tiers We stand behind the quality of our Reolink security solutions. Warranty durations cover manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use, and vary by product type:

  • Cameras & Professional Systems:

    • Professional Series Products: 3 Years

    • Normal Camera Products: 2 Years

  • Accessories & Add-ons:

    • Solar Panels: 2 Years

    • Battery Pack (RLA-BP1): 2 Years

    • PoE Switch (RLA-PS1): 2 Years

    • Micro SD Cards: 2 Years

    • Power Adapters: 3 Months

    • General Accessories (unless specified otherwise): 1 Month

  • Automatic Calculation: Your warranty duration is automatically calculated starting from the exact date your official invoice is issued.

  • Proof of Purchase & Original Packaging: All warranty claims require a valid proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice). You must also retain and present the original product packaging boxes when submitting a claim.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Step 1: Fill out the Mandatory Claim Form. Even with automatic warranty calculation, customers must fill up our online form to log the product and initiate a claim. Please submit your request at: https://yqctech.com.my/warranty-registration

  • Step 2: Drop-off / Send-in. Once the form is submitted, please bring or send the defective Reolink device, its original packaging, and your receipt to our physical store for technical assessment and processing:
